Meet the Team: -

 

 Stuart Maxwell, Director, has an extensive sales background with a career having spanned two decades.  His entrepreneurial ways began early and he has worked his way through the ranks using his sales success and skills. His no-nonsense leadership style has made SPRINGBOARD RECRUITMENT LIMITED a Company revered by many.  Stuart is continuously striving to do better, seeking new business opportunities and loves a good challenge.

Before setting up his own Company, Stuart was employed by some of the U.K.’s largest PLCs in senior sales roles.  During his time in these sales forces, he constantly found that the wrong candidates were being sent for vacant positions, wasting not only his time but also company time and that of the interviewee.  He realised the importance of finding the right candidate for the position rather than simply filling the vacancy and this is how SPRINGBOARD RECRUITMENT LIMITED became a reality.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Garry is a committed very professional and highly successful member of the team as a direct result of his hard work and commitment he was promoted to Sales Director in February 2007 , his success has been built upon a tremendous work ethic and a true belief that he never puts  'square pegs in round holes' to him the service he gives our clients and candidates is the most important issue he faces each day.

In February 2007, SPRINGBOARD RECRUITMENT opened the Southern office in Bedfordshire which is run by: -

 

Laura has 20 years experience in field sales, business development and sales management.  Recruitment and training were very much part of the success of these roles.  She has won numerous awards for sales, customer retention and sales team management. 

During her career she has worked in various business to business markets for large PLCs in waste management, washroom, workwear, facilities management and business services.

Laura believes that recruiting the right people is key to the success of any sales team..
